Track 05: Integrating the Wisdom

 

What does it mean to integrate? There's so many different ways to look into this. Integration can just be metabolizing, the energy you just went through into your body core in a good way. And trust that there are forces in place, just that there is time to take for all the pieces of that puzzle. To come back together. 

And then there is processing. Processing is to make time so we can think about what we just went through. It's not necessarily a process that involves outer forces or a digestive it's more like a mental analytical way of reflecting. It could be journaling, putting words making meaning into own head. It could be spending time by yourself, you need to also, or doing some coaching sessions, being with friends and family, being in community and talk.
